Day 2 of my 75 Soft Challenge is in the books, and while it might not sound like a big milestone yet, it already feels like progress. Yesterday was about getting started. Today was about proving to myself that I can show up again.
One thing I’m quickly realizing is that consistency is the real challenge. Motivation is easy on Day 1 because everything is new and exciting. Day 2 is when the routine actually starts. There’s no big hype—just the decision to keep going.
I made sure to stay on track with the core habits I committed to:
Moving my body for at least 45 minutes
Drinking plenty of water
Eating mindfully and sticking to my goals
Taking time to read and grow mentally
What surprised me today was how good it felt to follow through. Even small actions—like choosing water instead of something sugary or finishing a few pages of a book—felt like little wins. Those wins add up.
I also noticed that the challenge isn’t just physical. It’s mental. It’s about discipline, patience, and learning how to keep promises to yourself. That’s the part I’m most excited about developing over the next 73 days.
Day 2 wasn’t perfect, and that’s okay. This challenge isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. Showing up, doing the work, and improving a little bit each day.
Two days down. Seventy-three to go.
Let’s keep going.
