Day 16 of 75 Soft: The Move Is Official (and So Are the Stairs ๐Ÿ˜…)

Day 16 of my 75 Soft challenge came with a major milestone—the move is officially DONE! What a whirlwind of a day. Between boxes, organizing, and trying to keep some sort of routine, I’ll be honest… it wasn’t easy. But if there’s one thing this challenge is teaching me, it’s how to adapt and keep going no matter what life throws my way.

One of the biggest surprises? We’re now on the third floor… with no elevator. Yep—three full flights of stairs. At first, I won’t lie, I just stood there staring up like, “This is my life now?” ๐Ÿ˜‚ But honestly, it’s already turning into an unexpected part of my fitness journey.

Every trip up those stairs feels like a mini workout. Carrying boxes, groceries, or even just myself after a long day definitely gets my heart rate up. It’s funny how something that seemed like such an inconvenience is now becoming a built-in way to stay active. I guess you could say… no excuses now!

Even with all the chaos of moving day, I still made an effort to stay on track. It may not have looked like my usual structured routine, but I stayed mindful—keeping my body moving, staying hydrated, and making the best choices I could with what the day allowed.

This new place also means adjusting my routine a bit. Everything is unfamiliar right now—the layout, the timing, even just figuring out where everything is—but I’m actually kind of excited about it. It feels like a fresh start in more ways than one.

Day 16 reminded me that progress doesn’t always look perfect. Sometimes it looks like sweat from carrying boxes, sore legs from climbing stairs, and doing your best in the middle of chaos. And you know what? That still counts.

Here’s to new beginnings, sore legs, and staying committed no matter what. ๐Ÿ’ช✨
On to Day 17!
