Day 10 of 75 Soft: Finding My Rhythm

Day 10 of 75 Soft—and something is finally starting to click.

This journey is beginning to feel less like a challenge and more like a lifestyle. The structure I’ve been building over the past ten days is starting to settle into my daily routine, and I can feel the difference—not just physically, but mentally too.

One of the biggest changes I’ve added recently is intermittent fasting, and I’m still getting used to it. It’s definitely an adjustment, but I’m learning to listen to my body more and understand the difference between real hunger and just habitual habit to snack. It’s not perfect yet, but I’m figuring out what works for me, one day at a time.

My workouts are also becoming a non-negotiable part of my day. Even on the days when I don’t feel super motivated, I still show up. That’s been the biggest lesson so far—discipline over motivation. Motivation comes and goes, but discipline is what keeps me moving forward.

I’ve also noticed that my energy levels are becoming more consistent. I’m not riding the same highs and lows as before, and that alone feels like a win. My body is slowly adjusting to this new routine, and while the changes aren’t drastic yet, they’re there—and they’re enough to keep me going.

Mentally, I feel stronger. I’m proving to myself every single day that I can stick to something, even when it’s hard, even when I don’t feel like it. That kind of self-trust is something I’ve been working toward for a long time.

Ten days in, and I’m not just doing this challenge—I’m becoming someone who follows through.

And honestly, that feels better than any number on the scale.

Here’s to continuing to show up, stay consistent, and trust the process.
