Day 14 of 75 Soft: Embracing the Unknown

Day 14 of my 75 Soft journey is here, and I’m really starting to feel the rhythm of this lifestyle settling in. The habits that felt new and a little overwhelming at first are slowly becoming second nature. There’s something really empowering about showing up for myself every single day, even when life throws in a few curveballs.

Speaking of curveballs… we’re moving!

At the end of the month, on the 31st, we’ll be moving to a new apartment complex. It’s exciting, but also comes with a lot of unknowns. One of the biggest questions on my mind right now is whether the new place has a gym or a pool. Both have been such a big part of my routine lately, especially as I’ve been adjusting my workouts to take care of my body.

Not knowing what my fitness setup will look like is a little nerve-wracking, but I’m choosing to see it as an opportunity instead of an obstacle. This journey isn’t about perfect conditions—it’s about consistency, adaptability, and commitment no matter what’s going on around me.

If there’s one thing these past two weeks have taught me, it’s that I can adjust. I can pivot. I can find a way to keep going.

Whether that means getting creative with home workouts, finding new walking routes, or exploring different ways to stay active, I’m determined not to let the move derail my progress. If anything, it might be the perfect chance to shake things up and keep this journey fresh.

I’ll definitely keep you all updated once I find out what amenities the new place has. Fingers crossed for at least one of them—but even if not, I’ve got this.

Day 14 is all about trusting the process, staying flexible, and remembering why I started.

We keep going. 💪
