Day 18 feels like a fresh reset—and honestly, I needed it.
After the chaos of moving and getting settled into the new apartment, this week was all about finding my rhythm again. There’s something about being in a new space that can either throw you off completely or motivate you to level up… and I’m choosing the second option.
Let’s start with the biggest win: my weekly weigh-in was a success! 🙌
Seeing progress after a week of transition reminded me that consistency doesn’t have to be perfect to be effective. Even with boxes, new routines, and a different environment, I still showed up—and it paid off.
Now that we’re more settled, I’ve locked into a routine that feels so good for both my body and my mindset:
- 9 AM – Gym: Starting my day strong, getting my workout in, and setting the tone
- 1 PM – Pool (every other day): This has been such a refreshing addition. It’s low-impact, calming, and honestly something I look forward to
- 4 PM – Gym again: Ending the day with another push, reinforcing discipline and consistency
This schedule feels balanced and sustainable, which is exactly what I need right now. It’s not about going all out for one day—it’s about creating a lifestyle I can stick to.
Getting back on track after the move hasn’t been about perfection. It’s been about adjusting, recommitting, and giving myself grace while still pushing forward. There were moments I felt off, a little unmotivated, and even overwhelmed—but I didn’t quit. I recalibrated.
And that’s the real win of Day 18.
I’m proving to myself that no matter what life throws my way—moves, changes, unexpected challenges—I can always come back stronger, more focused, and more determined.
Here’s to continuing this momentum, trusting the process, and showing up every single day.
Day 18: Reset. Refocused. Recommitted. 💪✨
