Day 15 of 75 Soft: Balancing Progress and Packing

Day 15 of 75 Soft has officially arrived, and let me tell you—this one feels a little different. Not because I’m losing motivation or slowing down, but because life decided to throw in an extra challenge: packing up our entire apartment to move.

Trying to stay consistent with my routine while living among boxes has definitely tested me in new ways. There’s something mentally exhausting about organizing, sorting, and deciding what stays and what goes. It’s not just physical clutter—it’s emotional too. Every drawer I open feels like a mini trip down memory lane.

But even with all of that going on, I’m still showing up for myself.

I made it a point today to stick to the core habits that got me here: moving my body, staying mindful of what I’m eating, and keeping my mindset in check. My workouts may not feel as “perfect” as they did before—maybe they’re squeezed in between packing sessions or done while mentally running through a to-do list—but they’re still getting done. And honestly, that’s what matters most.

If anything, today reminded me that this journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about discipline, adaptability, and proving to myself that I can keep going even when life gets busy.

Packing has also made me realize how much I’m craving a fresh start. A new space, new routines, and maybe even new ways to challenge myself during this 75 Soft journey. There’s something exciting about knowing that this next chapter will push me even further out of my comfort zone.

So Day 15 might not have been the most structured or calm, but it was real. It was messy, productive, and still aligned with my goals.

And I’m proud of that.

Here’s to staying consistent—even when life is surrounded by boxes.
