Day 8 of 75 Soft: Finding My Rhythm

Day 8 feels different—and in the best way possible.

There’s something about making it past that first week that shifts your mindset. The excitement of starting is gone, but in its place is something stronger: commitment. I’m no longer just trying this challenge… I’m living it.

Over the past eight days, I’ve been showing up for myself in ways I haven’t in a long time. The twice-a-day gym routine is starting to feel less like a chore and more like a normal part of my day. My 45-minute treadmill walks, with those small inclines, have become a space where I can think, reset, and honestly just breathe. It’s not just about calories burned anymore—it’s about consistency.

Today wasn’t perfect, but it didn’t need to be. That’s the beauty of 75 Soft. It’s not about punishing yourself into perfection—it’s about building sustainable habits that actually fit your life. I’m learning to listen to my body more, to give myself grace when needed, and to keep going anyway.

Mentally, I feel stronger. Physically, I’m starting to feel the changes—even if they’re small. And emotionally, I’m proud. Proud of the discipline, proud of the effort, and proud that I didn’t quit when it would’ve been easier to.

Day 8 is about rhythm. It’s about settling in and realizing this isn’t temporary—it’s a lifestyle shift.

Here’s to continuing, one day at a time.
